Shipping policy

SHIPPING:
Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States.  Shipping to Alaska will be evaluated on an individual basis; please send an inquiry using our Contact form if you are interested in receiving a quote for shipment to Alaska.

Except for dahlias, shipping costs are determined by product weight and are based on actual shipping costs at the time of you place your order; options will be listed at checkout.  Once we ship your order, we will send an email with your tracking information. 

We are not able to combine orders placed separately at this time.   

Spring orders will begin shipping the last week of March (as temperatures allow).  

Peonies (spring bareroot) will ship through April 30
Dahlias will ship through May 31
Daylilies will ship through June 30
Gladiolus will ship through July 15 

Dahlias tubers will be sent separate from other species via USPS Priority Mail.  These are 2026 rates and are subject to change in subsequent years:

  • 1-4 tubers:   $12.60
  • 5-25 tubers: $21.95
  • >25 tubers:  $31.40


COMBINED SHIPPING for DAHLIA TUBERS:

We will offer combined shipping to customers that place Fall dahlia tuber orders.

  • Fall orders will be combined with orders through March 15 of the followign year for a $3.00 processing fee per order combined.
  • Fall orders will be charged shipping on all orders at checkout; extra shipping fees will be refunded.
  • Combined orders MUST have the same name and address.
  • Please send an email using our Contact form requesting your order be combined.

After the dates listed above, excess stock of roots/tubers will be planted and may be available for local pick-up as potted plants.  Please look for a potted option on individual item pages or inquire for availability using our Contact form.

LOCAL PICK-UPS:
For those planning on picking up your order locally, the farm will be open for pick-ups by appointment.   You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.  Please respond to the notification or use our Contact form to make an appointment.

Hoodoo Flower Farm is located 5 miles west of Deer Park, WA at 4913 Bittrich Antler Rd, Deer Park, WA  99006.  Except as listed above, the farm is closed to visitors.

Local pickup for pre-orders will be available after April 1. Local pick-up orders must be picked up within 2 weeks of notification that your order is ready for pick-up. Any orders not picked up within 2 weeks of notification will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee; items will be returned to stock.
