Our Guarantee and Refund Policy
Hoodoo Flower Farm guarantees our products to be viable and true to variety.
- Please open your packages and inspect your items immediately upon receipt. The purchase price for any item not received in a viable condition will be refunded if Hoodoo Flower Farm is notified using our Contact Form within (5) days of receipt and agrees that the items are not viable. Please note that tubers, corms, bulbs and bareroots will likely be dormant upon receipt and may not begin to grow for several months depending on the item and the growing conditions. Dormant plants are not dead plants!
- In the event that you discover after planting that your item is not true to variety, we will refund the item’s purchase price providing notification is received by Hoodoo Flower Farm within (6) months of receipt for gladiolus, dahlias, iris and vegetable starts, and within (1) year of receipt for peonies. Please use our Contact Form to provide notification of incorrect variety. Please keep in mind that peony plants may not flower the first year following planting, and blossoms may not reach their full potential until the plant has been established for several years.
Notifications must include photo documentation and a written description of the complaint.
Refunds will not be issued until we have the opportunity to evaluate the complaint and agree that it is justified. If we believe the item is still dormant or is the correct variety, we may request a follow-up evaluation after items have had a chance to grow and before issuing a refund.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.
Hoodoo Flower Farm is not responsible for any item that is improperly stored, over- or under-watered, improperly fertilized or planted, devoured by wildlife, exposed to garden pests and/or diseases or otherwise does not perform to the customer’s satisfaction. Please realize that there are many variables that go into producing a thriving plant and beautiful flowers, all of which are in your hands once the item leaves our facility. We do our best to start you in your journey with healthy bareroots and tubers, and we wish you a happy and bountiful adventure in growing the plants you receive from Hoodoo Flower Farm!
